I do accept custom orders on a limited basis. Email me with your request and I will let you know if I am able to take the commission. If you want something similar to an item in the gallery that has been sold, contact me and I will see if I am able to reproduce it for you. This is not always possible since I often use one-of-a-kind components in my work, but I welcome inquiries. What is your return policy? TOP
If you are not satisfied with your beads or jewelry for any reason, I will replace them or refund your money. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Please email me to let me know you would like to make a return before you ship back the item. The items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent. I am not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, so I could recommend that you insure any package. What does “Belisama” mean? TOP
Belisama (pronounced Bell-ih-SAH-mah) is the Celtic/Gaulish Goddess of light and fire, the forge and of crafts. I thought she was the perfect patron for my work, so I started Belisama Designs.
